Enabling & Disabling Rule
1. Open Run Dialog
Press the Windows button + R to open the run dialog and enter 'wf.msc'. Press OK.
2. Disabling/Enabling The Rule
Sometimes you may want to disable the IP block so you can matchmake on those servers again.
